We service
ONLY the products on which we are trained and every
year our mechanics attend factory service schools for
those products.
By attending service schools, our mechanics acquire new
techniques to
trouble shoot the new technologies being used on products
manufactured
for that year. By learning these new techniques,
they can repair the
customers' equipment more efficiently, saving the
customer time and money.
We service our customers' marine equipment, boats or
motors, with
original equipment manufactured parts (OEM). By
using OEM parts,
we feel the customer gets the best warranty and, in the
long run,
the best value for money spent. Also, by using
OEM parts, the
manufacturer stands behind his parts, with Tech Support
if needed.
Whereas, if we use after-market parts and the parts fail
or more damage
is done by using these parts, the customer and V-Z Marine
lose money
since no one wants to assume responsibility. And,
as a result,
V-Z Marine would lose the respect of our customers.
