utility room, a walk-in pantry and separate parent's

master bedroom has a walk-in closet and the bath area has
2 vanities and an over-size tub with a separate shower
stall. This home has carpet throughout and linoleum in
kitchen & utility room. It has city water and sewer
and is all electric. GE Appliances include: Side by
side refrigerator with icemaker, range with radiant glass
surface, microwave, freezer, dishwasher and disposal.
